CHICAGO-(AEAE) A PROFESSIONAL'S REPUTATION IS THEIR MOST VALUABLE ASSET
A professional, an attorney, doctor, college administrator reputation  lives a very real existence apart from the professional. It represents the collective mental construct everyone but  the professional, shares about them selves,  a construct based partially on the professional's own actions but also on the perceptions others have about others' perceptions of  that Professional person.
An professional has some influence over their  reputation—never control—as is the case with all things external, but it remains the professional's  most precious assets (far more important than any one job, house, car, or even, some would argue, money.
A good reputation is critically important. He or she needs a good reputation for practical purposes—to attract and hold clients, to build relationship and income chief among them. It's hard for anyone to attract clients, friends if people think he has a bad reputation, think he is mean-spirited, lazy, unreliable, or dishonest.
A professional's reputation is his main tool for practical navigation through life. A good reputation is worth more than any amount of money, smoothing out the difficulties in a professional  career. A bad reputation for a anyone causes doors to be slammed in his face.
In all things, it's harder for an someone to build than to destroy. Building a good reputation requires effort, patience, and time. Destroying a good reputation only requires a single moment's misstep. One bad internet article can destroy any professional's reputation for life. 
 

CHICAGO (AEAE)-KENT  A. BOWERSOCK THE  LAWYER FOR NISSAN NORTH AMERICA  WAS CHARGED BY a representative of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics(AEAE) a Chicago based attorney ethics watch dog group, since 1974,  with an Attorney Disbarment complaint, after Kent A. Bowersock refused to have his attorney contact AEAE. A representative of AEAE filed with the Texas Bar Association, an allegation that Mr. Bowersock engaged in professional misconduct and subornation of perjury stemming from a Chicago Arbitration proceeding, presided over by Arbitrator Allen Goldberg,  in which Highland Park Motor Company  was charged with a “bait and switch” false and deceptive advertising scheme, promoting a Nissan Sentra Car lease, which Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) was involved with.
The mission of the State Bar of Texas is to support the administration of the legal system, assure all citizens equal access to justice, foster high standards of ethical conduct for lawyers.
 
Christian A. Sullivan,  a partner with the law firm of Swanson Martin Bell, represented NMAC in the arbitration and now is a defendant in a recently filed DuPage County multi  million dollar lawsuit.

Christian  A. Sullivan is currently attempting to dodge service of process of that lawsuit, although he had previously agreed to accept service on behalf of himself and NMAC. They will be defaulted shortly.

Kent A. Bowersock graduated from the law school of Texas Tech University, in Dallas Texas in 2010 and according to the recently filed Texas Attorney Disbarment Complaint has brought the Texas Tech University Law School into disrepute as well as Nisssan North America, Inc., and its officers, directors, Roland Kruger, Mark Kaczynski, Nobao Araki, Hiroto Saikwa (Nissan CEO)  and Carlos Ghosn.

The President of Highland Park Motor Company Mark Muller, was charged with perjury in a related lawsuit filed in DuPage County Illinois  Case No. 2017 L 001177. A spokesman for  Muller  said  “he denies the charges”.
 
Muller’s attorney,  Ira M. Levin,  a partner with the Chicago law firm of Burke Warren MacKay & Serritella, was charged in an Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Complaint (ARDC) filed by a representative of AEAE, with subornation of perjury and other violations of the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct 3.3(a), 8.4 (c) &(d).  Ira M. Levin denies all charges of wrong doing.
Currently Kent A. Bowersock , Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Highland Park Motor Company, Mark Muller, their attorney Ira Levin,  are defendants in a DuPage County, Illinois lawsuit Case No. 2017L 001177 and all of them are attempting to “dodge” service of process even though Kent A. Bowersock had agreed to accept service of process according to an unnamed source for Nissan North America and himself.

Kent A. Bowersock declined to comment. His office said, that Mr. Bowersock does not care to discuss matters that are involved in litigation. Ira Levin’s office,  also refused to comment. An unnamed source at  Christian Sullivan  law firm said, “that Christian is not guilty of subornation of perjury.”

CHICAGO-(JE) After the Plaintiff in a DuPage County Lawsuit Case No. 2017- L001177 threaten to file a default judgment against Jams, a arbitration company  and defendant, Arbitrator Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants for evading service of process, Attorney Jessica R. MacGregor contacted the defendant and said that she would agree to accept service of process on behalf of Jams, Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants, who had been evading service of process.

The Defendants who are still attempting to evade service  of process: are Attorney Christian A Sullivan, NISSAN MOTOR CO, LTD., CARLOS GHOSN, CEO, NISSAN NORTH  AMERICA,  INC., NOBAO ARAKI, PRESIDENT, NISSAN  INFINITI, LTD, ROLAND KRUEGER,   PRESIDENT, HIGHLAND PARK MOTOR        CARS, INC., MULLER, NISSAN, MICHAEL   MUELLER, CEO, MULLER AUTO GROUP,        MARK MUELLE, PRESIDENT, RAFAL          CHUDOBA, NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE  CORP., MARK KACZYNSKI, PRESIDENT,  the law firm of    Swanson Martin & Bell, Estate of Bruce  Terlet, Attorneys Robert   McNamara, Ross Bartolotta,  the law firm of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, Attorneys Ira Levin,  Kent    Bowersock, and Jeffery Harris,  BIANCA ROBERTS. They all run when they see the  process server coming after them. When Ira Levin was in high school he was a track star. "He still is very fast and very hard to catch", according to the Process Server, but "I'll get him when he least expects it!" 

CHICAGO-(EJ) CHICAGO JAMS ARBITRATOR ALAN GOLDBERG WAS SUED IN DuPage County for his failure to follow the jams arbitration rules during an arbitration dispute involving Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation, Muller Nissan, Highland Park Motor Co. One of the attorneys Bruce Terlop, who represented Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation said he believed that Arbitrator Alan Goldberg, a former Cook County Judge for 25 years was not incompetent and attempted to strike Alan Goldberg, but was unsuccessful.
