IRA M. LEVIN IS DODGING SERVICE OF PROCESS

CHICAGO-(JE) ATTORNEY Ira M. Levin, a partner at Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella in Chicago, has represented clients in a wide variety of commercial business and complex commercial litigation matters for more than thirty years. Mr Ira M. Levin is now a defendant in DuPage County Illinois Case No. 2017 L 001177.
Although it is reported that Mr. Levin originally agreed to accept service of process on behalf of himself and his clients, Highland Park Motor Company, Mr. Levin has now refused to accept service on his behalf or that of his clients.
Mr. Levin has both prosecuted and defended a wide range of contractual and business tort claims including shareholder disputes and fiduciary duty and tortious interference claims. In the case in which he is a defendant he is cleverly attempting to avoid service of process and jurisdiction of the DePage County Court.
