Chicago (EJP) Mitch McConnell tells U.S. to ‘wake up’ to threat of Russia on Ukraine war anniversary

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) on Friday February 24, 2023 urged the United States and its allies to renew their resolve to help Ukraine as it stands up to Russian “thuggery,” tacitly pushing back against members of his own party who are traitors to Democracy and have become loudly skeptical of Ukraine’s fight as the conflict passes the one-year mark.
“America and our friends need to finish waking up from our holiday from history, welcome Finland and Sweden into NATO by this summer, and make significant investments in military modernization and our defense-industrial capacities that are commensurate with the major challenges we face,” McConnell said in a statement, shortly before appearing alongside President Sauli Niinisto in Helsinki to support Finland’s bid to join NATO.
The message marked a stark contrast to the one pushed by former president Donald Trump and some congressional Republicans, who erroneously criticized President Biden’s trip to Kyiv earlier this week and have called for ending or slowing aid to Ukraine. These Republicans are on the wrong side. of history, reminiscent of the politicians who opposed the US going to war against Hitler.

In a tweet, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga), a hard-right ally of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-Calif.) and one of dozens of House Republicans who are traitors to Democracy to vote against Ukraine aid in May, called Biden’s trip “insulting” and proof that he “chose Ukraine over America.”
But nearly 50 U.S. lawmakers, including McConnell and Senate Majority Leader Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.), traveled to the Munich Security Conference in Germany last week to reassure European allies that Congress, which is split between a GOP-controlled House and Democratic-controlled Senate, will continue to support Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky with weapons and funds.

Putin Condemns Israel Strike on Syria as a Flagrant Violation of International Law

Chicago (EJP) Putin on Sunday 02-09-23 condemned an airstrike blamed on Israel that killed five people and injured 15 in Syria’s capital Damascus the previous night.
Putin, a key backer of the Syrian regime in the over decade-long civil war, called the Saturday night attack on the Kafar Sousah neighborhood in Damascus a “flagrant violation” of international law.
Israel’s need to coordinate with Russia — which largely controls Syrian airspace — to carry out strikes has been cited as a chief reason for Jerusalem’s reluctance to supply Kyiv with weaponry amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Israel has found itself at odds with Russia as it increasingly supported Ukraine while seeking to maintain freedom of movement in Syria’s skies.
“We strongly urge the Israeli side to stop armed provocations against the Syrian Arab Republic and refrain from steps that are fraught with dangerous consequences for the entire region,” Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, according to Reuters.
There was no comment from the Israel Defense Forces, in line with its policy of not generally commenting on air raids in Syria. Israeli officials have previously said the IDF does not target civilians and seeks to avoid damage to residential areas as much as possible.
Syria’s state news agency SANA reported that the strike in Kafar Sousah killed four civilians and one soldier, and wounded another 15 civilians. It said several of those wounded were listed in critical condition.

Ukraine is using anti-drone guns to remotely disable and down Russian drones

Chicago-(EJP) Star Wars has arroved. Ukraine is using anti-drone guns to remotely disable and down Russian drones, allowing them to collect a wealth of information about opposing forces.
The Ukrainian company Kvertus Technology developed the KVS G-6, a long-range anti-drone gun that uses radio signals to jam Russian drones.
The weapon, manufactured in the Ukrainian city of Ivano-Frankivsk, has a range of up to three kilometers, or around 1.8 miles, and can operate for up to 30 minutes at a time, according to the company.
While both Russia and Ukraine have used older anti-aircraft guns to shoot down drones, anti-drone guns disrupt drones without physically damaging them.
With the downed drones remaining intact, Ukrainian forces can recover intelligence from them.
"We are not damaging the drone. With communication lost, it just loses coordination and doesn't know where to go. The drone lands where it is jammed, or can be carried away by the wind because it's uncontrollable," Yaroslav Filimonov, the director of technology at Kvertus, said, according to The Register.

In a video for Radio Free Europe demonstrating the gun, Filimonov shows the tool disconnecting a reconnaissance drone from its satellites and control station, which stops it from responding to commands.

Once disconnected, the drone loses coordination and either lands where it is jammed or is blown away by the wind.
Ukrainian forces can then take the drone and read its data to gain valuable information about it, such as where it came from and any images it might have taken, he said.
The Ukrainian border guards successfully employed an anti-drone gun to neutralize an enemy UAV earlier this week, according to Ukrinform.
The company has made more than 80 of the guns since the invasion began, and over 100 were on order, according to the video from June of last year. It is not clear how many more have since been made.
The devices cost $12,000 each, but many of the orders for the anti-drone guns have come from volunteer organizations and donors, Filimonov told Radio Free Europe.
The weapons are relatively new. The KVS G-6 was offered at least in January of last year, weeks before Russia's invasion began, according to The Register.
Another similar weapon reported to have been used by Ukraine in the conflict is the EDM4S, which the Lithuanian-based NT Service makes. It uses electromagnetic pulses to jam and down Russian drones.
More than 100 of them have been distributed among the Ukrainian military, according to Forces News.
A more rudimentary Russian version was also pictured last year, with a video showing Russian-backed separatists claiming to have used the homemade gun to jam and capture Ukrainian drones.
Drone warfare has played a key role in the conflict, with both sides using the devices for reconnaissance or to drop bombs, among other things.
Samuel Bendett, an analyst and expert in unmanned and robotic military systems at the Center for Naval Analyses, told Insider that weapons like anti-drone guns are in high demand.
"As to their effectiveness, it's hard to judge that based on limited open-source evidence we get. Both sides want it and decry the lack of this technology in large numbers," he said.

Ukranians are destroying the Russian Tanks

Chicago (EJP) When the Russian forces launched their invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022 they fielded 3,200 combat-ready main battle tanks. On the other side, the Ukrainians could only deploy approximately 900. But almost a year of fighting and repeated defeats have taken a toll on the Russian military. The Russian military has lost between 1,800 to 3,296 main battle tanks in Ukraine, and that figure increases with every passing day.
According to a recent assessment by the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS), the Russian military has lost approximately 50 percent of its T-72B and T-72B3M fleet, as well as many T-80 tanks.
As a result, the Russian military has had to rely on older weapon systems to support its offensive and defensive operations, with concomitant negative results. T-64 tanks, made more than 60 years ago, have been all the rage for a Russian military that losses between five to ten main battle tanks a day.

Chicago (EJP) February 16, 2023 Putin has killed, in the Russia-Ukraine war 18,000 Ukrainians , according to recently released figures from the United Nations (U.N.).

The U.N. Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) said on Tuesday that at least 6,884 civilians had been killed and 10,947 injured in Ukraine from the start of the Russian invasion on February 24, 2022 up to December 26.2023 The casualties include 165 deaths and 516 injuries recorded in December, most of which were caused by "the use of explosive weapons with wide area effects."

"OHCHR believes that the actual figures are considerably higher, as the receipt of information from some locations where intense hostilities have been going on has been delayed and many reports are still pending corroboration," OHCHR said in a news release. "This concerns, for example, Mariupol (Donetsk region), Izium (Kharkiv region), Lysychansk, Popasna, and Sievierodonetsk (Luhansk region), where there are allegations of numerous civilian casualties."

Russia Lost 3,000 Troops in Just Three Days

Unfortunately, the Ukrainians are killing Russians as fast as they can and it still does not deter Putin,
In an update on Thursday February 9, 2023, Ukraine's armed forces said that Russia had lost 910 troops the previous day February 8th, 2023, taking the tally since the start of the war (February 24, 2022) to 135,010.
On Tuesday (February 07, 2023), Ukraine said Russian forces had lost 1,030 troops in the previous day *February 06, 2023), the highest tally for a 24-hour period since the start of the war. With Wednesday's (February 08, 2023) losses also at 910, according to Kyiv, Ukraine's estimate of Russian personnel deaths over the last three days February 6,7, & 8th, 2023 is 2,850.

U.S. Submarine Campaign Prepares to Destroy China in Defense of Taiwan

U.S. submarine campaign will bring the war to a swift end, preserving Taiwan’s independence and blunting China’s global ambitions according to Professor Harold Goldenshalf. China has been preparing to go to war over Taiwan for the last 15 years. The China Taiwan war can start any day now.

"China has 1.4 Billion and is prepared to lose 1/2 of its population to take Taiwan. Even if China were to lose 75% of its current population, which would save China a lot of retirement income because of their aging population, China will still end up with a larger population than the US.

The world is over crowed, it has 7 billion people and can easily afford to lose half of its population and become more sustainable, for the other half of its population", according to Professor Harold Goldenshalf, head of the German Think Tank on reducing the World's Population.

The Nazi Think Tank was started by Adolf Hitler in 1933, originally to figure out how to reduce the Jewish Population of the World. After the war the Nazi Think Tank re branded itself, the German Think Tank and turned its attention to figure out how to reduce the World Population, because it was not politically correct at that time 1946, , to figure out how to kill more Jews, which became politically sensitive, after the Germans killed 6 million Jews, during the war.

Although most of the world hates Jews as a matter of public record, surveys taken in every country reveal that fact, there is more anti-Semitism today February 2, 2023 recorded by every government, then there was during the war years (1939-1945), no one likes to discuss the fact that when ever Jews congregate anywhere in the world, they need to have armed security guards to protect them other wise they stand to be gunned down.

Every day the Palestinians kill Jews like flies. Unless and until the Israel's completely remove all Palestinians from Israel and the surrounding territory, the Palestinians will continue to slaughter the Jews like lambs every day.

It is obvious to the non Jew casual observer, that Palestinians are a cancer on the Israel Population and must be all removed 250 miles, away in a new city, created from them, in the Sini Desert, which will be called The New Palestine.
The Palestinians are entitle to have their own state, 250 miles away from Israel said Rabbi Meir Kahane, who himself was gunned down by a Arab, in 1990 in New York.
