CALIFORNIA (EJ) Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, the producer behind the 'Innocence of Muslims' film, violated the terms of his 2010 conviction on bank fraud charges, according to a Chief Magistrate Judge Suzanne Segal judge who jailed Nakoula. Not of course because he produced a anti-Muslim video that has inflamed the Islamic world, but for violating, of course, the terms of his parole,which barred him from using “any online service at any location without prior approval of his probation officer.”  The film appeared on Youtube.  There was no evidence that Mr. Nakoula uploaded on Youtube, nonetheless ,"The court has a lack of trust in the defendant at this time," Chief Magistrate Judge Suzanne Segal said in making the ruling, citing a pattern of deception and the possibility Nakoula was a flight risk. Since there is a 100,000 reward to anyone who kills Nakoula, he might just want to hide awhile . The jailing of Nakoula has nothing to due with depriving him of his first amendment rights to product the sequel to Innocence of Muslims' II which was reported to be in pre production phase at this time. Roger Ebert was quoted as saying that he was looking forward to reviewing Innocence of Muslims' II. WASHINGTON-(EJ)-OBAMA IS LEADING IN THE POLLS DESPITE THE FACT THAT THERE ARE FOUR MILLION LESS JOBS THEN THERE WERE IN 2008 WHEN HE BECAME PRESIDENT. And it will take Obama another four years at the present rate of job increases for Obama to have created as many jobs that there were when he came into office. Obama leads with the Hispanic voters despite the fact that he has deported over 400,000 wet backs a year. Obama leads with women by 65% despite  that there are move forecloses per year than there were during the great depression. A new USA TODAY/Gallup Poll of Swing States, completed Monday night, shows Romney lagging President Obama by only 1 percentage points, 48%-47%, well within the survey's margin of error and a point closer than their contest last month. Nationwide, Obama's bounce from the Democratic National Convention is dissipating: The president now leads across the country in the Gallup Poll by a single point, 47%-46%. This is the beginning of the end of Obama. No president has ever won re-election when the unemployment figures were over 7 1/2 %. Obama has had the worst job record since Jimmy Carter. He is the only president with a net job lost for his 4 years.

Romney's comments captured at a Florida fundraiser were accurate but uncomfortable. Democrats have always derived from those who lack achievement skills. People who are always dependent on a government hand out. These people will never support a candidate that advocates hard work.   Romney correctly identified Obama's support that comes from people who generally  don't pay income taxes, lack personal responsibility, are dependent on the government. The Equal Justice Party supports Romney for President.

After the Western Nations forced Gaddafi out of power, the terrorist government that took over, was unable to prevent the Islamic Terrorists from killing the U.S. Ambassador.
