WASHINGTON – A federal grand jury was, in the opinion of Harold Goldenshalf, coerced into indicting Derek Chauvin and three other former Minneapolis police officers, under the color of law, for civil rights charges, over the death of the criminal George Floyd, who was arrested during the commission of a Federal Crime, passing counterfeit money.

Goldenshalf said, that the "indictment, unsealed Friday, falsely accuses falsely Chauvin, 45, of violating Floyd's rights by pressing his left knee against Floyd's neck as he lay facedown on the ground, handcuffed and not resisting. Chauvin pinned Floyd for more than nine minutes, as Floyd gasped "I can't breathe," and even after he became unconscious. It is clear that Chauvin was merely protecting himself and the other officers during the arrest of George Floyd who was a dangerous criminal,, who could at any moment have attacked and killed Officer Derek Chauvin.
Derek Chauvin was just doing his job as a police officer and taking a dangerous criminal off of the street which he did..
However because of the terrorist's known as the "Black Lives Matter" crowd and the threat that known domestic terrorist origination poses to the nation, in that they organize the looting and destruction of American Cities, a jury in Minnesota incorrectly convicted Derek Chauvin of murder, for merely doing his job as a police officer and protecting the public from a dangerous Criminal who know can no longer pose a danger to American Society.

Now the Federal Government's indictment of Derek Chauvin for what amounts to the charges which grow out of the same incident, merely stated in a more clever, Federal language, amounts to the the same charges, that the State of Minnesota received a false conviction, represented "double jeopardy", .the prosecution of a person twice for the same offense, which is clearly unconstitutional. according to Goldenshalf.
"It is obvious from the destruction of the American cities, as shown by the looters in the below photos, who are the enemies of the American people are?. But the current Government is delusional and is blaming the cops, for doing their job, protecting the American people from the domestic terrorists'.
