CHICAGO-(JE) After the Plaintiff in a DuPage County Lawsuit Case No. 2017- L001177 threaten to file a default judgment against Jams, a arbitration company and defendant, Arbitrator Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants for evading service of process, Attorney Jessica R. MacGregor contacted the defendant and said that she would agree to accept service of process on behalf of Jams, Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants, who had been evading service of process.

They all run when they see the process server coming after them. When Ira Levin was in high school he was a track star.
