CHICAGO-(JE) After the Plaintiff in a DuPage County Lawsuit Case No. 2017- L001177 threaten to file a default judgment against Jams, a arbitration company and defendant, Arbitrator Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants for evading service of process, Attorney Jessica R. MacGregor contacted the defendant and said that she would agree to accept service of process on behalf of Jams, Alan Goldberg and Michael McCants, who had been evading service of process.The Defendants who are still attempting to evade service of process: are Attorney Christian A Sullivan, NISSAN MOTOR CO, LTD., CARLOS GHOSN, CEO, NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC., NOBAO ARAKI, PRESIDENT, NISSAN INFINITI, LTD, ROLAND KRUEGER, PRESIDENT, HIGHLAND PARK MOTOR CARS, INC., MULLER, NISSAN, MICHAEL MUELLER, CEO, MULLER AUTO GROUP, MARK MUELLE, PRESIDENT, RAFAL CHUDOBA, NISSAN MOTOR ACCEPTANCE CORP., MARK KACZYNSKI, PRESIDENT, the law firm of Swanson Martin & Bell, Estate of Bruce Terlet, Attorneys Robert McNamara, Ross Bartolotta, the law firm of Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella, Attorneys Ira Levin, Kent Bowersock, and Jeffery Harris, BIANCA ROBERTS.
