STEALTH CUES DOOLEY HANDLE POOL CUE PATENT AND TRADEMARKS TO BE CANCELED

CHICAGO-(EJ) A PETITION TO CANCEL MARK STOLLER  STEALTH CUES INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS BEING FILED WITH THE PATENT AND TRADEMARK OFFICE. The evidence will show it is alleged that Stealth Cue's http://www.weebly.com/weebly/main.php patents and trademarks were acquired by "fraud". Any trademark or patent that can be shown to be acquired by fraud is subject to cancellation at any time. Once Stealth Cues patents and trademarks are canceled Stealth Cues will have no longer any exclusive rights to the dooley handle and use of the Stealth trademark. In addition the Petitioner is also seeking relief that Mark Stoller and any company that he is every associated be banded from every holding any patents and trademarks in the future. This notice is being sent to all of the major and minor pool cue retailers and wholesalers in the nation today.
