The President of Rutgers retained a law firm to investigate charges of bullying on the College Football team. A well known law firm of former Rutgers football players, found after a 3 month investigation that "there was no proof of bulling on the Rutgers Football team!"{ In fact all of the football players were sent to a "boot camp" for anti bullying and each player passed the program with flying colors. The school psychiatrists who interviewed each player also found that the personality of the current team of football plays did not appear to have any bullies on the team. Most of the players in the off season did social work and worked in gardens. One former player who played 25 years ago said that bullying did occur then but now today. When the football players are not playing football, they are taking dance classes and art classes.
