Dean Richard Repasky was advised that if he failed to take the necessary remedial action to discipline his alleged offending staff member, Ms. Rakochy's he would be inviting a Civil Rights Complaint to be filed against him, the Harold Washington College and its administrators with the U.S. Justice Department of Civil Rights http://www.justice.gov/crt/complaint/
The Educational Opportunities Section of the Justice Department enforces federal laws that protect students from from the harassment and the discrimination that his staff member Ms. Rakochy was alleged to be engaging in against the disabled student.. This Section is responsible for enforcing Title IV of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits Dean REpasky and his staff member Ms.Rakochy from discriminating against the disabled student.;
"MS RAKOCHY IS CHARGED WITH VIOLATING THE STUDENTS DISABILITY RIGHTS AND DEAN RICHARD REPASKY IS ENFORCING THOSE VIOLATIONS BY HIS FAILURE TO CURE THEM" Dean RICHARD Repasky silence in failing to respond to these serious ADA violations speaks volumes about his qualifications to become the Dean of the Art and Architecture at Harold Washington
