Olympia Fields -EJP- Ion J. Braunstein and Mirolava Miura Pavlovic are Charged with theft by Deception. The complaint alleges that Ion J, Braunstein was retained to arrange for storage of a 100 Boxes of personal possessions. When the client went to claim his boxes, Ion J. Braunstein denied arranging the storage of the 100 boxes at a Hollywood street location in Chicago owned by Miroslava Miura Pavlovic,
Miroslava Pavlovic says the boxes are gone.
The process servers are out to serve Ion J, Braustein and Miroslava Miura Pavlovic, but they have been dodging service." It appears that Ion J. Braustein is still a pretty faster runner," one of the process servicer's said. "As soon as Ion J. Braustien sees me, he takes office like a rabbit."
