CHICAGO-(AEAE) A South Carolina Jury has erroneously sentenced to death, the a obviously mentally ill 22 year old, who murdered nine people in a Charleston church basement in 2015. No casual observer of the trial of Mr. Roof can conclude otherwise, that Mr. Roof was mentally ill. Notwithstanding, the psychiatric evaluation of Dylann that found him fit to stand trial. All someone has to know, is whether it is night or day, or who the president is, in order to be found fit to stand trial. There is no question that Dylann committed the crime and should be punished, if he was fit to be tried. The fact that the court allowed such an obviously disturbed person to represent himself was a injustice that effects every American. Because it could happen to anyone who lives in America that is mentally ill, unfit for trial, can be put to death. Dylann should have been placed in a mental institution. “It is frightening to realize that 21st Century America is no different that the 1st Century Roman Empire when it comes to administrating justice to a mentally ill criminal defendant” according to Professor Harold Goldenshalf . |

Foam roof repair becomes a necessity when there is damage caused to the foam when objects driven by the wind fall onto the surface. These objects can cause cracks and pits in the top layer. What are foam roofs? These are seamless roofing systems made of polyol and isocyanate in a mixture.
