Russian General Igor Kirilov being Blown Up

A video has surfaced showing the moment General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia’s Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Defense Forces, was killed in a blast. A source in Ukraine’s security service claims responsibility for the attack. The explosion, reportedly caused by a device hidden in a scooter, also killed his assistant. Investigations continue, while the incident raises tensions between Russia and Ukraine.
